Finance & Marketing Key Performance Indicators for Small Businesses At a Glance: Using Dashboards To Get You the Data You Need.

In this presentation, Adam Jones of Pullman Marketing and Aziz Makhani, Small Business Development Center advisor will identify key performance indicators that small business owners should be monitoring on a regular basis (daily, if possible) at various stages of their business. They will introduce dashboard tools to enable you to “see” the numbers at a glance. Whether a business owner uses Excel, QuickBooks or any other platforms for financial records, and Google Analytics, Moz, Hubsport and others for Marketing, it is important for the business owners to recognize, monitor and track the business performance indicators. Given the current highly competitive environment, it is incumbent upon business owners to learn these tools to avoid their dream endeavors become another roadkill.
