Cup O’ Joe on the Palouse will be held at Columbia Bank, 795 SE Bishop Blvd. Pullman, WA on Wednesday, February 12, 10-11 am. Duncan Palmatier, Intellectual Property Lawyer located in Moscow, ID and former adjunct with U of I College of Law will discuss, “The Process, Costs and Value of Protecting Intellectual Property,” as it pertains to Small Business. Details will focus on Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights and Trade Secrets. Palmatier has previously worked within state and federal court in appeals as well as patent and trademark prosecution. Palmatier has also practiced law in the states of California, New York, Idaho and Washington and has been registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1997.
